4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with a full refund provided

5. Facility Use Rules

• Users must adhere to posted safety guidelines and staff instructions
• Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn for specific activities
• No food or drinks are allowed in playing areas unless purchased from our bar
• Equipment damage due to misuse will be charged to the responsible user
• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult
