Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

This Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PLAY IN Cambodia (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds for our services and products. This policy applies to all bookings, purchases, and services offered at our facility in Siem Reap or through our website www.playin-cambodia.com.

2. Facility Bookings

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit for future booking
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
  • Less than 12 hours notice: No refund, but may offer partial credit at our discretion
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided

2.2 Cancellation by PLAY IN Cambodia

  • If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit for future booking (your choice)
  • If we need to terminate your session early due to facility issues, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on unused time

3. Event & Tournament Registrations

  • More than 7 days before event: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before event: No refund
  • If an event is canceled by us, all participants will receive a full refund

4. Membership Fees

  • Monthly or annual memberships are non-refundable once activated
  • New memberships may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund if no services have been used

5. Shop & Bar Purchases

5.1 Food & Beverages

  • No refunds on consumed food and beverages
  • Refunds or replacements available for items that are demonstrably defective or not as described

5.2 Merchandise & Equipment

  • Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 7 days with receipt for full refund
  • Defective items may be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Other exceptional circumstances

We may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion, even when they would not normally be available under this policy.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Refunds for cash payments will be issued by cash or bank transfer

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Service fees
  • Late cancellation fees
  • No-show penalties
  • Partially used services

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact us at contact@playinesport.com with your booking details, receipt, and explanation.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
